CSN is proud to announce GT Collision as its newest member

Toronto, Ontario – Monday, March 26th, 2012 – GT Collision ~ CSN from Duncan, British Columbia joins CSN Collision & Glass in order to enhance its current business relationships through networking with "the best team in Canada”, according to the facility's general manager, Jason Stevens.

As GT Collision ~ CSN celebrates 40 years in the collision repair industry, the foundation to running a successful collision repair facility still remains the same today as it did many years ago. To GT Collision: I'm sorry I've been so long in writing this, but life interferes in my best intentions sometimes.

In any case, I wanted to thank you for looking after the repairs on my F150 this past winter/spring.

The truck was brand new when I wrecked it and I was worried about having such major work done on it, but the job your shop did was outstanding - the truck looks and drives just as it did when I bought it.

My biggest appreciation, though, is for the manner in which the whole situation was handled by Marshall Patterson. I had to leave the country before even being able to arrange for ICBC to have the truck sent to your shop, and the circumstances were further complicated by it being the holiday season.

Having never been in an accident before, I had no idea how to proceed. I left a letter in the key return slot of the shop on the Saturday before New Years and hoped for the best. I was amazed to get an email from Marshall the next day - a Sunday - reassuring me he would take care of things.

I was away during the whole repair process but got constant updates via email from him of the progress being made, complete with pictures every step of the way. I couldn't believe how simple he made the entire process and was completely reassured by his frequent communication and friendly professionalism.

I would like to commend both your business and Marshall for the outstanding work and customer service they provided to me.

I will whole-heartedly recommend GT to everyone I know.
