Toronto, Ontario – Friday, May 11th, 2012 – CSN Collision & Glass welcomes its newest CSN Member in the Greater Toronto Area – BRIMELL Group Collision ~ CSN located at 5060 Sheppard East in Scarborough.

In 1972, this collision repair facility began as a small 1500 square foot extension of the Brimell Toyota service department. Since it was run primarily as an extension of the service department, the space confinements really prevented any future growth. The Brimell Toyota collision repair facility ran in this manner up to 1998. At this point, Mark Bozian became the new owner of the dealership and decided to aggressively market and expand the collision repair business in spite of the small space it operated in. In 2000, plans to move Brimell Toyota and the collision repair business to its new home at 5050 Sheppard East where the bodyshop would have its own building in the same complex were underway. So began its life as an "all makes shop” independent from the dealership.

The new Brimell Group Paint and Collision Center (TBGPCC) opened in September 2002. In 2010, a multimillion dollar expansion saw the building grow to the current 18,000 square foot operation it is today featuring all the latest in repair technology. Around the same time, paint and collision veteran Richard Marsh was brought on board to take the operation to the next level.

Now, BRIMELL Group Collision ~ CSN is a total one stop shop for their clients. Most recently, they have launched Rapid Repair lanes for same day service. They provide clients with a full detail operation and mechanical services in house as well as complete keys-to-keys lean production for better efficiencies. Plastic repair and PDR have also been added to the list of services. Next on the launch list is internal glass replacement and repair.

Mark Bozian, owner of BRIMELL Group Collision ~ CSN, expresses the reasons as to why he continues to invest in his dealership, the facility as well as the collision repair industry: "I enjoy the dynamic nature of the industry and watching something go from a tangled mess to a new vehicle again, along with the smile on the face of a client who never thought they would see their vehicle whole again. It's a personal business; people are freaked out and scared after an accident. We put them at ease.”

The collision repair industry will continue to face a great deal of change, and with change comes challenges. "We wanted to be part of a banner that included the very best shops in Canada.
