Toronto, Ontario – October 31st, 2011 – CSN Collision & Glass continues to expand throughout Western Canada with the addition of OUTLAW Collision ~ CSN of Medicine Hat, Alberta.

It was not too long ago when co-owner Ken Pierce decided to fulfill his long time dream of owning a true "family” business. He gathered a number of family members to invest and develop Medicine Hat's newest collision repair facility, OUTLAW Collision. From breaking ground in October of 2009 to construction completion of the new facility in April 2010, OUTLAW Collision celebrated its Grand Opening on June 26^th, 2010. Shortly thereafter, Ken Pierce and Stacey Pierce, daughter and General Manager, were searching for an organization that will assist them in maintaining connections throughout the collision repair industry. OUTLAW Collision felt it was important to align their new business with vendors, insurance partners and key players that share common values and goals as well as support the same vision for the future of collision repair.

Ken and Stacey Pierce felt strongly about joining a network that focused on creating and maintaining healthy business relationships with both vendor and insurance partners across Canada. When one of the biggest challenges within this industry is to fully understand and meet the various insurance requirements requested by each individual organization, the partnership created with CSN helps make this task more achievable and a win-win-win for all parties.

Most importantly, OUTLAW Collision ~ CSN's true foundation is built on the desire to provide the ultimate customer experience. The one thing these operators enjoy most about today's collision repair industry is the customers. "Each day presents opportunities to make customers' lives a little easier, which is meaningful and fulfilling” states Pierce.
