Flavio Battilana joined CSN in early 2008 as Chief Operating Officer with more than 15 years as Director of Insurance and Director of Operations for a national collision franchisor. Flavio leads the strategic planning process of the network, including the marketing, insurance relations and operational divisions.

Mindy joined the CSN team in February 2010, after working with one of Canada’s largest Automotive Refinish manufacturers. Mindy’s Bachelor of Commerce and her years of experience in Customer Service, Direct Sales, Marketing and Communications, bring great expertise and strategic vision to CSN’s Marketing Department. Mindy’s focus includes the CSN brand, event management, local, regional and national marketing and communications initiatives.

Bev Groves joined the CSN team in 2005, bringing years of sales and customer service experience to the network. Bev is the point of contact for CSN’s Atlantic Division; he serves as shop liaison and manager of the Maritimes program

Effective August 2010, Jenny joined the CSN business development team. Jenny's Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario as well as her 4 years of summer internships within the collision repair industry has expanded her business acumen within customer service, sales and marketing areas.  Jenny is responsible for strengthening CSN' business relationships with the insurance companies at the adjuster level.  Jenny will create a stronger liaison between CSN Corporate and all current and future CSN Members.

Jay Hayward joined the CSN team in March 2009, bringing with him more than 10 years experience in the collision industry; Jay served as Regional Manager for a national collision franchisor and Territory Manager with an aftermarket automotive manufacturer. Jay’s focus includes network performance and statistical measurement, operational enhancements, training and strategic relations.

Shelly joined the CSN Corporate Team in July 2010.  Her experience includes office administration in a collision centre as well as customer service at a printing company.  Shelly's responsibilities at CSN include accounts payable, accounts receivable, data management, and operational administration. Shelly’s organizational skills and attention to detail prove to be a great asset to making CSN a better and stronger network.
